DM Witman

Deanna is a visual artist, explorer, and teacher working in photographic media. She maintains an intense studio practice with work deeply rooted in ideas of ephemerality, biology, and synergy. She holds an MFA in Photography from Maine Media College and a BS in Environmental Science from Kutztown University. She is currently teaching at Unity College and serves as faculty at Maine Media Workshops + College, Rockport, ME.  Deanna is represented by Susan Maasch Fine Art, Portland, ME.
